Hu Daojing 胡道靜 is the lead chief editor; the work is a multi-editor compilation, chief editors also incl. Chen Yaoting 陳耀庭, Duan Wengui 段文桂, Lin Wanqing 林萬清 (et al.). It is an edited collectanea (congshu), not a single-author authored book.
